John Bishop is a Chartered Accountant with a strong business background in the finance and insurance sectors. He is an Chartered Member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors, with governance skills and experience on a number of boards in the not-for-profit and commercial sectors.

He is a director of the Acrow Group, Insurance Holdings (Pacific), Pacific Catastrophe Risk Insurance Ltd, International Cargo Systems Ltd, Mackley Carriers 2008 Ltd, Environmental Health Management Services Ltd, Silverfin Capital Ltd and Reclaim Ltd.

Previously he was the CEO, executive director of a large import distribution business and held various roles with ASB Bank, including Commercial and Business Banking General Manager.

Rohit is the Managing Director of Reddy Group and has been instrumental in expanding, diversifying and internationalising the group’s strategic investments. He has extensive experience in strategy, investment, private equity, capital markets, finance and hotel development.

Rohit is a graduate of the Owner-President Management Programme (OPM) at Harvard Business School, and a graduate of the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce. Rohit has also held positions with leading law firm Simpson Grierson and the global insurer American International Group (AIG).

Rohit is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors 

Kamini is a Director of Reddy Group and is responsible for the Group’s finance, corporate affairs and strategy functions. She has extensive global experience and has held a number of senior finance roles with Hilton Worldwide (Asia), New Zealand dairy giant Fonterra, and Ernst & Young in New York, London and Auckland.

Kamini is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and the Australian Institute of Directors. She sits on a number of Boards including the Bank of Baroda (New Zealand) Ltd, and Jetwing Symphony PLC in Sri Lanka.

Kamini is a graduate of the Owner-President Management Program (OPM) at Harvard Business School and has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts (double major in Accounting and Japanese) from the University of Auckland.

Kalpana is the Chief Executive Officer of Chow Hill Architects Limited, a multidisciplinary design company with studios located in Auckland, Hamilton and Christchurch. She is a also board member of the Newmarket Business Association. 

Prior to this role Kalpana was actively involved in all aspects of Reddy Group’s diversified portfolio. Kalpana has also held positions with Saatchi & Saatchi (Dubai) and Deloitte Touche Tohmastu (Auckland).

Kalpana is a graduate of the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts (double major in Accounting and Japanese).

Michael is a principal of MCA NZ Limited, actuaries and consultants, having established MCA in 1998.  In this roll, Michael advises a range of charities, community trusts, Iwi and institutions on strategic investment policy matters to help them achieve their goals.

Michael was also the co-founder of the SuperLife superannuation and KiwiSaver schemes.  SuperLife is part of Smartshares and the NZX Group and was sold by Michael to NZX in 2015.    

Michael is a director of Phytomed Medicinal Herbs Limited, Chair of the Tokelau International Trust Fund, and is the independent member of the Gore District Council’s audit & Risk Committee.  

Other directorships relate to the private companies that act as the trustee or hold the investments of various family trusts.  Specifically, Ballynagarrick Investments Limited, Onimeg Investments Limited and Mirma Limited.

Shaneel started with the Reddy Group from 2010 and is based in Fiji since. He is the head of finance and corporate affairs for Tanoa Hotels Fiji, Samoa, Tonga, and various subsidiaries. He oversees the properties portfolio in Fiji. Shaneel is a Director and company secretary in Leonidas Pte Limited, integrated hotel development company. He also acts as the company secretary including Tanoa Fiji and various other Fijian subsidiaries. Shaneel is also one of the Trustees of The Reddy Foundation Fiji and a Trustee of Lautoka Primary School.

Shaneel Padarath graduated from University of the South Pacific, Fiji in 2002. He is a CPA Australia, a Charted Accountant and mentor with Fiji Institute of Accountant from 2006, and a member of Australian Institute of Company Directors (ACID).

Prior to his engagement with the Reddy Group, Shaneel was with Fiji Sugar Corporation for eight years. He worked in various key management positions and rising through the ranks to join the Executive Management Group as Acting General Manager Finance

Mr Y. P. Reddy is Chairman of Reddy Group. He has been the driving force behind Reddy Group’s development and success over the years.

Y. P. was the inaugural President of the Fiji Jaycees and a Paul Harris Fellow of the Rotary Club of Lautoka. He served for 23 years as the National President of TISI Sangam, one of Fiji’s largest socio-educational and cultural organisations and is a life member of the Fiji Hotel Association.

Over the years Y.P has served on many boards, including on government companies such as the Fiji Electricity Authority, Fiji Development Bank and Fiji National Provident Fund. He received an OBE in 1973, was awarded The Companion of the Order of Fiji (CF) – the highest recognition in Fiji – in 1995 and in 2000 received a lifetime achievement in excellence award for tourism in Fiji.
