At the Reddy Foundation, we are proud to continue the legacy of the Reddy Group’s long-standing commitment to philanthropy. Originating in Fiji over 70 years ago as a family venture, the Reddy Group has evolved into a dynamic global enterprise. Yet the essence of its success remains deeply rooted in its people.

Driven by the Reddy family’s core values—integrity, curiosity, humility, ambition, and compassion—we remain focused on empowering those who are creating meaningful change in the communities we serve. We support initiatives in health, poverty relief and education, while also providing disaster relief.

In partnership with Tanoa Hotel Group, we support their Stay Generous, Stay Tanoa initiative which creates positive change with every stay. Our operations span across New Zealand, and the South Pacific, including Fiji, Samoa, and Tonga.

John is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with a background in finance and insurance. He brings extensive governance experience from both non-profit and commercial boards.

Rohit is the Managing Director of Reddy Group, where he has played a pivotal role in expanding and diversifying the group's strategic investments.

Kamini Reddy

Trustee New Zealand

Kamini is a Director at Reddy Group, and an instrumental lead to the finance, corporate affairs, and strategy functions who is committed to empowering communities.

Kalpana Reddy

Trustee New Zealand

Kalpana serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Chow Hill Architects Limited, a dynamic design firm with studios in Auckland, Hamilton, and Christchurch.

Michael Chamberlain

Trustee New Zealand & Fiji

Michael is a principal at MCA NZ Limited, where he provides strategic investment policy advice to charities, community trusts, Iwi, and other institutions to support their objectives.

Shaneel Padarath

Trustee Fiji

Shaneel has been with the Reddy Group since 2010 and is based in Fiji, where he leads the finance and corporate affairs for Tanoa Hotels and other subsidiaries.
