In recent years, the tourism sector has faced significant challenges, so when we learned of personal hardships affecting our Tanoa Hotel family members, we were humbled to offer assistance through packages and donations.

‍Parmend Singh's Road to Recovery

Meet Parmend Singh, a long-time gardener at Tanoa International Hotel in Nadi, Fiji. Parmend is essential to maintaining the hotel's beautiful grounds and managing the nursery for future plantings. This January, Parmend was diagnosed with throat cancer and urgently required treatment. The Reddy Foundation stepped in to help cover his medical expenses, enabling him to travel to India for necessary treatment. We’re happy to share that Parmend will be heading to India in the coming weeks, and we wish him a safe journey and a smooth recovery.

Rosalini Tupou: Enhancing Quality of Life

Rosalini Tupou, Food & Beverage Manager at Tanoa Waterfront Hotel in Lautoka, Fiji, has been a valued team member for over 20 years. As a mother to three children, including her eldest, Leilani, who has Cerebral Palsy, Rosa has faced unique challenges. To improve Leilani’s quality of life, the Reddy Foundation designed and built a new master bedroom and bathroom for her. This thoughtful gesture helps provide Leilani with a more comfortable living space.

‍Mosese Toumu’a: Facilitating Vital Surgery

The Reddy Foundation also assisted Mosese Toumu’a, Purchasing Officer at Tanoa International Dateline Hotel in Tonga, with urgent surgical treatment. Thanks to the Foundation’s support, Mosese traveled to Fiji for a critical hernia operation. We’re pleased to report that Mosese has fully recovered and is back at work, contributing once again to the team at Tanoa International Dateline Hotel.
